Mark-Taylor Gains Competitive Edge
Earns 5th Apartment Management Contract In 6 Months
Phoenix, Ariz. (January 4, 2006) -- When Scottsdale-based Mark-Taylor Residential made a strategic decision to grow its fee-managed business in 2006 the company deployed the same energy and management expertise as it does in managing apartments for other owners. The result is the acquisition of five new management contracts in the last six months, including Shade at Desert Ridge in Northeast Phoenix, Piétra also located in northeast Phoenix, Club Cancun in Chandler, San Tierra in Chandler and now Serafina at South Mountain in Phoenix.
Serafina at South Mountain, located 11025 South 51st Street, is just south of Elliot Road and east of the I-10 Freeway. This 183-unit community is undergoing an extensive exterior rehabilitation, which is scheduled to be completed prior to the end of the year.
