Mark-Taylor Wins Management Contract of Ventura Vista

Phoenix, AZ (June 29, 2005) --Mark-Taylor Residential, one of Arizona’s largest developers and managers of luxury apartment communities, has assumed management responsibilities of Ventura Vista. With this addition to its portfolio, Mark-Taylor Residential now manages more than 6,800 luxury apartment units in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Located at 18660 N. Cave Creek Road, Ventura Vista is convenient to both the S.R. 51 and the Loop 101 freeways. The property is owned by the same northern California investment group that recently purchased Montage at Pecos Ranch in Chandler, another property for which Mark-Taylor was retained to manage.

The apartment homes at Ventura Vista offer six contemporary floor plans, ranging in size from 656 to 1,266 square feet and are priced per month from the mid-$600’s. Apartment amenities include ceiling fans, spaciously designed wardrobe closets, ceramic tiled entries, 9-foot ceilings, upgraded custom cabinetry, private storage, and balconies/patios. The 170-unit community also features resort-style pool and spa, resident lounge, fitness center, and an on-site business center with high speed Internet access.

One of the first things Mark-Taylor did upon taking over the property management was to introduce the Mark-Taylor Personal Concierge Service and the Mark-Taylor Realty Program. The Concierge Service provides an array of services to the residents, including travel planning, VIP club reservations, wake-up calls, dry cleaning delivery and much more. The Realty Program allows Mark-Taylor apartment residents to vacate their lease without penalty if they purchase a home through Mark-Taylor Realty.
