Mark-Taylor Awarded Management Contract in Surprise, Arizona

Surprise, AZ (November 10, 2005) - Mark-Taylor Residential, one of Arizona's largest managers and developers of luxury apartment communities, has been awarded the management contract for The Villas at Mountain Vista Ranch in Surprise. This is the first West Valley property for the Scottsdale-based Mark-Taylor. The property is owned by Pacific Northwest Properties, LLC.

Of the 25 properties in the Mark-Taylor portfolio, nine are owned and managed by Mark-Taylor and the rest are managed for either institutional advisors or private investors.

The Villas at Mountain Vista Ranch is located at 16630 N. Reems Road , just south of Bell Road . The gated community features two resort-style swimming pools and spa, basketball and volleyball courts, outdoor entertainment veranda, barbecue plaza, clubhouse, children's play area and a business center.
