Ransil Named Property Supervisor of the Year by AMA
Scottsdale, AZ (May 25, 2004) Mark-Taylor Residential is
pleased to announce that asset manager Kevin Ransil has been
named Property Supervisor of the Year by the Arizona Multihousing
Association. The honor was bestowed at the recent 2004 Tributes
Awards, honoring excellence in the multi-housing industry.
Ransil oversees 11 Mark-Taylor apartment communities in the
greater Phoenix area and manages a staff of 120 people. Ransil's
diversified background brings a unique perspective to the
industry. An attorney who joined the Mark-Taylor team seven
years ago as an asset manager, Ransil embraces a process of
