Rental Application Qualifications

• Satisfactory credit status
• Co-signers allowed at select properties
• Applicant must provide credible documentation for income verification
• Qualifying criteria is based on a scoring model which uses credit history and income for application approval. Previous rental history will be verified if applicant’s score is approved with a conditional status.
  

Occupancy Standards

• Household with AT LEAST ONE person under 18
  1 bedroom up to 2 people
  2 bedroom up to 4 people
  3 bedroom up to 6 people
• Household with NO ONE under 18
  1 bedroom up to 2 people
  2 bedroom up to 3 people
  3 bedroom up to 3 people

Vehicle Standards

• 1 bedroom up to 2 vehicles
• 2 bedroom up to 3 vehicles
• 3 bedroom up to 3 vehicles

Cancellation Policy

• Application fee is nonrefundable
• Security Deposit is refundable within 48 hours of reserving apartment
• After 48 hours, security deposit is nonrefundable

Pet Policy

• Assistive-living animals and indoor cats welcome at all Mark-Taylor properties
• Dogs accepted at select properties (breed restrictions may apply)
• All pets must be spayed/neutered
